Marriage is a lifetime contract that requires couples to be best friends in order for it to succeed, for a good relationship not to tear apart, love and understanding has to be in the centre of everything, Mr. and Mrs. Makula met in Kampala in 1996, ‘he would buy me gifts and his behaviors towards me changed that is when I realized he was serious’, Mrs. Makula recalls
They agreed to start preparing the introduction, to Mrs. Makula meeting her in laws was very important, this was her day to be recognized as his wife, they set the date of October, 1st
The preparation started in July; Mrs. Makula says, as she bought her jewelries and outfits, her friends thought she was joking about the introduction, whereas her parents did not complicate things for her.
Since both of them were working, they shared the costs, the two understood each other, something that made them push through with their ceremony so well. Their major focus was on the Decoration, food and drinks since to them that is what brings people to the functions
The theme color of the function was red and gold, this gave the function an amazing look, it coordinated with her outfits and jewelries giving her that elegant look. Entertainment, photography and cake by KIM DATWINZ
